Our team consists of dedicated professionals and entrepreneurs with experience in consumer products, technology, entertainment, media, licensing, and M&A. Our capital springs from a small group of successful individuals dedicated to investing in long term value creation.
We identify market needs, explore promising business ideas, and undertake technology R&D. We then launch and invest in new enterprises based on this work.
We assist our active holdings in identifying partners, spotting business opportunities, and in accessing capital. We further work to ensure their proper regulatory and fiduciary governance, and to maximize synergies and economies-of-scale between holdings.
